E-Tickets:
We will issue individual E-Ticket Numbers for the NJ Social Media Conference (hereby known as "Event") after confirmation of payment received. Admission will only be given to the individual named on the E-Ticket upon display of proper identification. Please present E-Ticket Number at the Registration Desk on the day Event. For verification, we will ask for photo identification and cross-check reservation information on file. Tickets may be transferred to another individual up to 5 business days prior to Event or refunded up to 14 business days prior to Event. Requests for transfers or refunds must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation of the Event by the organizers of the Event, the Ticket Purchaser will be issued a refund for the face value of the ticket. The producers and management of event reserve the right to remove or ban admission of any person who is disorderly or disruptive. No outside food or beverages allowed.

Electronic Devices:
Wi-fi available. Use of mobile phones, laptop computers, and other electronic devices will be permitted. Please silence devices to minimize distraction to other attendees and presenters. Participants are responsible for securing and maintaining their own personal devices and property. Event organizers and management cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged electronic equipment or personal property.

Photo/Video Release:
Attendance at this event indicates your consent to be photographed, videotaped or audio-recorded, with or without attribution, for use in written or online promotional materials, internet sites (blogs, social networks, websites, etc.) and/or for use by the news media or other forms of coverage of this event.

Event Changes/Cancellation:
Any changes to the event will be communicated via phone, email, text message, social network messages or posts, on the website and blog posts. Please note, however, it is the customer's responsibility to check for any changes or updates by visiting the official website www.NJSocialMediaConference.com or by calling Tel.973-610-5571. Producers and Management cannot guarantee or be held liable for any changes to the event. Presenters, speakers, panelists, topics, and/or any materials or items associated with this Event are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

Liability:
By participating in this Event, you agree to hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue nor take legal action against Eva Abreu Productions LLC and/or it's Representatives, Agents, Vendors and/or Employees and to hold harmless from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury or death, that may be sustained to any person or property during, or as a result of any activities or programs at the Event or venue or advice given at the Event, or as a result of directly applying concepts or information given, or any other circumstance that may occur while on premises where Event is being conducted, and/or any circumstances associated with the Event prior to, during, or after the Event has concluded.

Please consult with your own legal counsel, management advisor or other professional consultant for further advice before proceeding with direct use or application of concepts or advice presented at Event. All information presented should be carefully studied and clearly understood before applying the concepts. Mention of specific companies, organizations, or authorities in this presentation or in any written material does not imply endorsement by the sponsoring organization.

Eva Abreu Productions LLC will be held harmless and not liable for any damages if a sponsor’s advertisement or presenter’s information does not appear in print for any reason, or if any errors appear in an advertisement or written text. Eva Abreu Productions LLC cannot be held liable if advertisements or written text provided by a sponsor or presenter are in violation of applicable laws. Sponsors and presenters will hold harmless, indemnify, and defend Eva Abreu Productions LLC in the event that a claim is made by a government agency, business, organization or individual for any reason, as a result of information given, materials presented, advertisements published, or images or likenesses reproduced in association with Event.

Organizers of this Event will make every effort to resolve any matters, conflicts or issues within 30 business days or less, when brought to their attention in writing by the 5^th day after conclusion of Event.
